Orders and shipping

Include your order number if you have one. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Carrier delivery time is additional. We email tracking information when your order ships. Full details are on the Shipping page.

Returns and exchanges

Eligible unopened, unused and untested products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics are not eligible for preference returns. Different terms apply if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or where applicable law requires a remedy. Start a return by emailing us with your order number, and read the full terms on the Returns and Refunds page before you send anything back.

Shade and formula questions

If you are choosing between shades, tell us what you normally wear and what you are trying to achieve. We can help you compare the shades, finishes and textures.
